If for some reason they arrived broken, please feel free to contact us for directions on how to return the item for a refund. This refund only applies to items such as teapots, and accessories. Though every precaution is taken to deliver bake goods unbroken we are not in control of the postal service and how they handle packages. All cookies etc are packed with plenty of padding but can never be guaranteed 100% that none will break.
